ARAB-BYZANTINE: Standing Emperor, ca. 660s-680s or later, AE fals (4.27g), Tabariya, A-3519, possibly unpublished, mint name in Arabic to left of standing emperor on obverse, IKNO below cursive m on reverse, with N above a bar to the left, cross above, and OEO to right, some weakness and one corrosion spot on obverse, Very Fine, RRR, from an American collection. Unfortunately, due to the weakness, the design of the obverse right is not visible. While it is conceivable that the N above the bar might indicate the city of Neapolis (Nablus), I would consider that extremely unlikely.
