ARAB-BYZANTINE: Two Standing Figures, ca. 640s-650s, AE fals (3.91g), "ANS ", ND, A-3502, MIB-X34 (same obverse die), left figure in military dress, no obverse text / formalized text, K above capital M, with officina A, some weakness of strike, VF, R. The "mint name " seems to have no meaning at all, equally improbable as the different "mint name " on the MIB specimen, once again illustrating the utter pointlessness of the mint names on most imitative Arab-Byzantine copper coins.
