Specimen 65. The 1847 mosaic of "The Last Supper" is a renowned, full-scale mosaic replica of Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece, created by Roman artist Giacomo Raffaelli between 1805 and 1814. Originally commissioned by Napoleon, it was purchased by Emperor Franz I and installed in Vienna's Minoritenkirche (Minorite Church) in 1847, where it remains on display.
