BERN: AV 2 duplone, 1794, KM-144.1, Fr-181, semi-prooflike, great luster and strike, old PCGS "rattler" holder, only two pieces graded higher by PCGS, PCGS graded MS60. Bern was occupied by Napoleon's troops in 1798 and lost some of its territory. It was able to acquire the Bernese Jura in 1814 after the Napoleonic Wars and once again became the largest canton in Switzerland. The old town of Bern is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
