BHUTAN: AE 1/2 rupee (4.58g), ND (1910-27), KM-16, cleaned, PCGS graded XF details, ex K. Van den Cruyce Collection. VC-Type 782 - according to "The coinage of Bhutan up to the mid-20th century", obverse shows the triple jewel, the reverse has an endless knot in the center. The obverse and reverse have 8 different Buddhist symbols. Struck in the early 20th century using, and likely the first using a mechanically assisted coin press.
