BURMA: TENASSERIM-PEGU: Anonymous, 17th-18th century, cast large tin coin (81.32g), generally as Robinson-70 (Plate 12.3), 65.5mm; the tò (mythical antelope) facing right, a few feathered legs, holding a branch in its mouth, his tail resembling a long floral branch (unlike other examples seen) // 6-spoke wheel in the center, Buddhist legend around in Burmese letters ("city of great happiness"), 2 tiny casting flaws, EF, RRR. Almost double the normal weight for this type, presumably a local issue.
