BURMESE KINGDOMS: Tenasserim-Pegu: Anonymous, 17th/18th century, cast large tin coin (64.17g), VC-101var, Robinson, 69mm; knotted dragon (naga) left with long protruding pointed tongue, no dots below the dragon // 3-line Burmese legend in square characters, EF-AU, RRR. VC refers to the new publication by Kris Van den Cruyce, "The Large Tin and Lead Coins of Lower Burma", published in 2023. Van den Cruyce has identified the knotted "dragon" as the Naga.
