CEYLON: Anonymous, 1st-3rd century AD, lead/copper plaque (4.62g), Mitch-5050, medium size; Lakshmi standing on lotus, grasping 2 stalks, 2 small elephants at the top, watering Lakshmi's head // swastika-standard with 2 small symbols; excellent example and unusually heavy, VF. There are three basic "denominations": large size lead (average 6.0g to 8.0g 32-35mm), medium copper (average 2.5g t0 4.0g, 28-30mm, and small copper (average 1.0g to 2.0g, 16-19 mm).
