CEYLON (Tentative Attribution): George III, 1760-1820, AE twopence (57.41g), 1797, countermarked G C twice on each side, presumably for "Government Ceylon", on "cartwheel" copper twopence (type Seaby-3776, KM-619), and also one tiny Chinese chopmark on the obverse, VF, RR, ex K.W. Wiggins collection (sold by Baldwin's at auction about 2001).

We assume this is a Ceylon countermark, but we do not have definitive evidence to support this claim.
