DURRANI: Ayyub Shah, 1817-1829, AV imitative mohur (10.18g), NM, AH1234, A-A3135, obverse has the word shu'a' for Ayyub and shuja' (upside down) for his chief rival, Shuja' al-Mulk, very clear date 1234 which was also Shuj'a al-Mulk's date for his 4th reign at Bhakhar & Peshawar // central phrase "zarb-e ya 'ali ('struck at Oh Ali", obviously not a city name!), the kalima around; a most interesting issue from an undetermined opposition! XF, RRR.
