PCGS graded MS63 BN. The Congress of Cambrai was part of a series of agreements that took place between 1720 and 1724. These agreements were part of a larger effort to avoid a general war in Europe. The negotiations were part of a series of conferences and agreements that eventually led to the Treaty of Madrid in 1721.
