GLÜCKSTADT: Frederik III, 1648-1670, AR 4 mark dansk, Glückstadt, Holstein, 1659, KM-B43, Dav-3675, "Dominus Providebit" (The Lord will Provide) legend, PCGS graded EF40. Glückstadt, a town in present-day Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, was founded in 1617 by King Christian IV of Denmark. It remained under Danish rule until 1864 when it was lost to Prussia in the Second Schleswig War.
