HONDURAS: Republic, 5 reales, 1870, KM-Pn12, copper-nickel pattern struck at the Paris mint, PCGS graded Specimen 63, ex Joe Sedillot Collection. In the name of José María Medina Castejón, President of Honduras three times between 1864 and 1872. He was later executed by firing squad in 1878 in Santa Rosa de Copán.
