KADAMBAS OF GOA: Jayakeshi I or II, ca. 1050-1080 or 1104-1147/48, AV pagoda, year pramodaduta, Mitch-237 (SI), Chattopadhyaya-142, lion standing left, raising right front leg, sun, crescent and swastika to right, cyclical date pramoda in Nagari to left // sri saptako- / tisha labdhavara / vira jayakeshi / deva malavara- / mari ("the brave Jayakeshi Deva, the destroyer of the Malavas, who obtained boons from Saptakotisvara" [i.e. Shiva]), boldly struck lion, some die shift on reverse, ANACS MS62, RR. The year of Pramodaduta occurred in 1090/1 AD, and again in 1150/1 AD.
