KUSHAN: Huvishka, ca. 155-187, AV ¼ dinar (2.00g), G-337 (same dies), half bust of Huvishka above the clouds, round crown & diadem, holding mace & ankus // the sun-diety Miiro (Mithra) standing, his name misspelled as MEYPO, raising hand in benediction and holding scepter, two small nicks on the obverse, bold strike, EF, RR. A very rare variety of the relatively common Miiro quarter dinars, with the misspelled name. Only 2 examples are cited on CoinArchives, both with the same reverse die as this piece, but different obverse dies.
