LU'LU'IDS: Badr al-Din Lu'lu', 1233-1258, AE fals (6.67g), al-Mawsil, AH(656), A-1876, SS-72.1, text only, citing the Great Mongols, as qa'an-i a'zam, small adhesion on obverse, attractive VF, R. This is one of the earliest types to have inscriptions in Persian as well as Arabic, the former khodavand-i 'alam padshah-e ruy-i zamin, "master of the world, emperor over the face of the earth", likely a title of Chinese origin.
