MEXICO: Revolutionary Issue, AE 10 centavos, Atlixtac, Guerrero, 1915-GRO, KM-646, variety with stars in obverse legend, a pleasing mint state example, NGC graded MS62 BN. This coin was minted in the small municipality of Atlixtac in the state of Guerrero by order of Emiliano Zapata during the Mexican Revolution. Its production was undertaken in an improvised mint located in the municipality's sugar mill.
