Schulman-817 (proof unlisted), struck at the Royal Dutch Mint in Utrecht, bust of Wilhelmina facing left, lettering around // crowned coat of arms dividing value and date on top, seahorse privy mark for mint master Copius Hoitsema; an incredibly rare example in proof; this is the single finest example graded at NGC and is housed in an NGC Generation 11 holder (circa August to November 2003), a superb example with lovely proof surfaces, NGC graded Proof 63.
