POST-KIDARITE: Namvihaksha, early 9th century, heavily debased AV dinar (8.17g), Mitch-3653-55, king standing, Nagari bhagava(ti) right (name of the river) // Ardoksho seated, king's name around, choice VF, RR. Deyell has shows that by this reign, the actual gold content of the dinar was a mere 12.5%, thus theoretically about 1.01g gold in this piece, though some examples in his chart contain less gold!
