QING: Xuan Tong, 1909-1911, AE cash (4.87g), Board of Revenue mint, Beijing, H-22.1515, West branch mint, large size flan, one dot tong variety, likely cast in 1909 only, a lovely basically mint state example! EF, ex K.K. Lee Collection, in old American Missionary Church Tithe & Offering Envelope dated 1931. According to Bruce Smith, it is speculated that this larger issue was made for use in the Imperial Palace.
