RASULID: al-Mansur 'Umar I, 1229-1249, AE fals (2.37g), Ta'izz, ND, A-1101, cf. Zeno-261165 (= SICA-10:484, same obverse die), with the name al-malik / al-mansur in the obverse center, the rest of the ruler's name (mostly off flan) and the mint name in the margin, VF, RRR. Surprisingly, there are no known silver coins of this ruler struck at Ta'izz! SICA-10:484 was assigned to the mint of Mabyan, but it is much clearer on this piece as Ta'izz, not Mabyan.
