REUSS-SCHLEIZ: Heinrich LXVII, 1854-1867, AE 3 pfennig, 1858-A, KM-70, AKS-39, J-130, struck at the Berlin Mint, a fantastic mint state example! NGC graded MS66 BN. The name Heinrich isused for all male members of the House of Reuss-Schleiz because it was a long-standing tradition dating back to the 12th century to honor Holy Roman Emperor Henry VI. To distinguish individuals, they were given a number, with each branch of the family having its own numbering system. This system was formalized in a family law in 1688.
