Hedlinger, wigged half-length bust of Golovin left // crowned rampant lion, holding sword, within laurel wreath, a well-struck example with bold relief and brilliant chocolate-brown luster, NGC graded MS64 BN, ex SARC Auction 29, Lot 865. Golovin was a close confidante of Peter I, as well as the ambassador to China and governor of Siberia.This is the single finest graded example at NGC (Top Pop).
