Fantasy type struck at the Maison de Frappe FDC, a private mint in Quebec, by Serge Huard. The Russian Imperial Union Order was founded in Paris in 1929 by a group of White Russian émigrés in order to promote the legitimate line of the Russian Czar and re-establish Russia as a monarchy.
