TIBET: AR 3 srang, Trabshi mint, BE16-7 (1933), Y-25, L&M-659, Autonomous Tibetan issue, snow lion facing left at center with Himalayan range behind with two suns above and ornament below, legend dga' ldan pho brang phyogs las rnam rgyal in eight syllables between inner circle and an outer circle of pearls arranged in groups of two syllables, separated by Buddhist emblems: pair of fish, conch, endless knot and parasol // rab byung bcu drug lo bcu srang gsum ("cycle sixteen, year ten, three srang"), separated by four of the auspicious symbols: the banner of victory (north), lotus (east and west) and wheel (south), nicely toned, PCGS graded AU58.
