VENEZUELA: AR 2 reales, 1858-A, Y-10, struck at the Paris mint, NGC graded VF25, RR. Designed by Désiré-Albert Barre (1818-1878), engraver general at the Paris Mint. He succeeded his father in this post in 1855. He created many of the classic designs in Venezuelan coins, some of which are still in use today.
