Such coins are known only made of bronze. See He Lin's "Catalogue of Chinese Charms" No. 1047. This one is gold plated silver item, but gold is hardly visible. Reading is: top - bottom – right - left. Not found in any accessible sources. This item made in silver is rare, may be unique."
